About the role
Refacture is looking for skilled and practical carpenters to help us build two internal wooden structures inside our warehouse in Høyanger. The work includes constructing walls, ceilings, doors, windows, and a raised floor, based on provided drawings.
This is a project-based engagement to begin with. If the collaboration works well, there is a strong possibility of long-term employment, as we will have ongoing work related to interior fit-out, additional rooms, reception areas, storage solutions, and future facility upgrades.
We are building something long-term in Høyanger and want to do it with the right people, not the most expensive invoices.
What you will be doing
- Construct two internal wooden buildings inside an existing warehouse
- Build walls, ceilings, doors, windows, and floor structures according to drawings
- Install doors and windows (including used/reclaimed units where suitable)
- Adjust openings and framing to match available materials when appropriate
- Ensure solid, safe, and professional craftsmanship
- Coordinate with our internal team and other trades as needed
- Contribute input on practical solutions and efficient execution
What we’re looking for
- Trade certificate as carpenter / tømrer (or equivalent solid experience)
- Experience with interior wooden constructions and fit-out
- Comfortable working from drawings and measurements
- Practical mindset – able to find smart, efficient solutions
- Open to reusing materials (e.g. doors/windows from finn.no) when appropriate
- Reliable, honest, and takes pride in good work
- Local or willing to work in Høyanger
